Vegetable spaghetti, 1
Preheat the oven to 425°
Cut the vegetable in half and place on an oiled baking dish.
Cook for about 40 minutes.*
*Larger ones take longer to cook than small ones. When you can stick a fork through it with a little resistance, it's done. If it cooks too long it's still edible but mushy. It's better to be a bit under done. It does take some practice to have consistent results.
